In the Highlights Panel properties pane, click Upgrade Now and step through the migration assistant to migrate actions or start with new ones.

To enable dynamic actions for a custom object on desktop, add or select the Highlights Panel component on a custom object’s record page. Currently, dynamic actions can be enabled for both custom and Standard objects for desktop, but this feature for standard objects is in the beta phase. However, in this case, the reformatting process is pretty involved. Luckily, Lightning includes tools for formatting Record Page Layouts They wanted more activities to be visible ‘above the fold’, i.e., visible when the Contact opened. For example, the Subject Lines of emails were taking up multiple lines of space pushing other emails down and off the visible screen. They feel that there was too much wasted or white space in the Details section and that the information in the Activity section was too crowded. By default, in a Contact, the Details section takes up 2/3 of the screen and Activities are confined to 1/3 of the screen. This week they wanted me to resize the Details and Activity sections.
